Here is a beautiful picturization discussing about Bhagavad Gita capturing the essential principles of Upanishads in our Sanatana Dharma. The shloka means major upanishads like Isha, Kena, Katha until Brihadaranyaka are the milk bearing cows of which milk is Bhagawad Gita and the milking person is Bhagawan Sri Krishna. Krishna Bhagawan milks the Gita from the cows, Upanishads and gives the essence to Arjuna who is the calf. The milk is not only given to Arjuna but to all the Jivatmas through him.

During the Mahabharata war, Arjuna's mind is completely filled up with confusion and doubts. He is unsure as to what should be done at that point of time and seeks Krishna's guidance in that matter. Arjuna in the first chapter outpours himself completely which was occupied by samshaya. In the next 17 chapters Bhagawan Sri Krishna sets out to clear all his doubts and gives the highest Atma Jnana. Krishna discusses about the four yogas - Karma, Bhakti, Dhyana and Jnana. Krishna then talks about the Gunas which is the constitution of the Mind, he gives many practical pointers which all of us can integrate in our daily lives and deepen our spiritual experiences.
This 21 day residential program will provide a walk through of the Gita chapter by chapter.
