The retreat will commence on April 24, 2020 at 7.00 am and conclude at 4.00 pm on April 26, 2020.
Transportation from Bay area to the venue is available in the personal vehicles of the organizers and will leave source point at 7.30 pm on April 23. Indicate your need in the registration form.

Fully furnished shared accommodation will be arranged close to Yosemite National Park.
Simple and nutritious vegetarian food will be provided. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on April 24 and 25 and breakfast and lunch on April 26 will be served during the retreat.

Anaadi Foundation offers educational programs and conducts active research based on Indian Sciences including Indian Astronomy, Ayurveda, Cognitive-Neurosciences from a Yogic Perspective, and Indic ecology. The programs at Anaadi are woven with scientific, historic and psycho-social insights from the
Ithihasa and Purana making the content relatable and relevant to a modern audience.
A yogic couple dedicated to well-being of all, Adinarayanan and Smrithi travel all over India and the world
offering a variety programs for transformation and unfoldment of individuals. Adinarayanan has spent more than 150 days in mouna tapasya and the offerings at Anaadi
are based on the insights derived from these silent retreats.
Vidhyashankar and Priyadarshini are an inspired and versatile couple. Vidhyashankar works with Apple and Priya is with Oracle, California. Blessed with two
wonderful daughters, both of them manage career and life very harmoniously. Passionate about Indian culture and tradition, they inspire their children to learn traditional
arts and expose them to wonderful stories from India. If we are fortunate, we would get an opportunity to hear them both sing and ofcourse savor tasty food that they have generously agreed
to cook for the program. They would be facilitating group activities and the hikes during the program.
