This program is also designed as an introductory program for people to spend time at Anaadi Foundation and further their association with the foundation through sadhana and seva. ~ Hatha Yoga pradipika based Yogic practices for the sharira, prana and manas. ~ Yogic psychology to removes kleshas and purify the system. ~ Daily agni kriya for deha and prana shuddhi. ~ Gurupooja and Giri parikrama for deiva anugraha. ~ Holistic take-home routine for the 5 koshas: Annamaya(physical), Pranamaya (vital), Manomaya (mental), Vijnanamaya (cognitive) and Anandamaya(bliss). ~ Ayurvedic insights for balanced health Aug 12, 13, 14 and 15 Anaadi Foundation, Iyvar Malai, Near Palani For ages: 18-60
