Redefining Health Metrices
In the rapidly evolving global landscape, humanity has, in some ways, lost its connection with the ancient and profound wisdom of the Rishis. These Seers, deeply rooted in Rta—the cosmic principles governing existence as mentioned in the Vedas—envisioned a life of harmony and interconnectedness. Ayurveda, an Upaveda of Atharva Veda, epitomizes this vision, guiding us to lead lives in sync with these cosmic principles. It introduces the concepts of Hita and Sukha Ayu—a life of sustainability and harmony—and contrasts it with Ahita and Dukha Ayu, symbolizing lives that deviate from these principles.
