Vedas are the most ancient and primary source of knowledge in the Indian Tradition. Rishis heard the Veda mantras during their tapas and sprea the same for loka sangraha through shravana, a method of teaching through chanting and repeating. Veda Vyasa, the author of Bhrama sutras, Mahabharatha, 18 Puranas, who is also believed to be an incarnation of Vishnu, compiled these vedas into 4 different parts namely Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sama Veda, Atharva Veda. A person in order to study vedas, gets his education by staying in a Veda patashala and learning directly from the Guru.
Anaadi Foundation's Veda Dharma Pathshala provides a holistic learning environment. Anaadi Foundation ashram is situated near Iyvar Malai near Palani. It was started in 2015. We have a Dhyanalayam, Yoga Vidya Ganapthi Sannidhi and Ghoshala. Dharma Gurukulam, within the ashram, is a residential home school which teaches Bharatiya Vijnana for kids of age 10+.
