India is growing rapidly and gaining prominence in the global stage for her policies and concerete action. Many young people are looking at India as a great platform for action in various sectors including business, social work, governance, health, education and environment.
To be successful, one will need a deeper and multi-dimensional understanding of the diversity and rich complexity of the Indian ethos including its culture, heritage, pluralism, worldviews and social issues. What is unique about India is she offers rich tools, frameworks and guidelines that come from thousands of years of practice and refinement and are applicable even today. This program designed for aspiring change makers, leaders and visionaries, will expose the participants to the continuum that India is from ancient to modern time. This will be a blend of lessons from the past , analysis of the present and a vision for the future.

This experiential and transformative retreat, based on Indian and global worldviews, is designed to expand one's perspective on diverse aspects of life, society and the environment. Packed with insightful talks, dynamic activities and transforming meditative sessions, this retreat promises to bring the rigor that one has been thirsting for. Vikasa, jointly offered by Anaadi Foundation and Vision India Foundation, is an opportunity to connect deeper to one's roots and oneself.

The retreat will commence on December 26, 2019 and conclude at 4.00 pm on Jaunary 1, 2019. January 2, 2020 is alloted for self-managed local tour. Retreat is designed to be a blend of:

Admission Process:
Step 1: Submit online Application form given below
Step 2: Interview over Telephone/ Google Hangout
Step 3: Selection

Admission to the program will be based on the Statement of Purpose and motivation of the candidates. Candidates will also be interviewed on why they would like to be a part of this program, how they plan to utilize the learnings from the program and integrate it with their future endeavour.

Early bird (on or before October 25): Program fee is INR 15,000/- per person. Upto 30% grants are available to full time students, early bird registrants or group of 4 or more registering from same organization/institution. Beyond October 25, the fee will is INR 17,000/- per person.
Fee covers travel from Delhi-Rishikesh & Rishikesh-Delhi, boarding and lodging, session fee, local tours, program materials for 6 nights and 7 days. Students will need to submit institution ID proof to avail scholarship.
