Departure from Rishikesh: May 16, 8.30 am. Those participating in the Essence oof Dharma Retreat and Himalayan Yatra will stay back in Uttarkashi and commence the yatra from Uttarkashi.
Arrival back at Rishikesh: May 22, 8.00 pm
Yatris have to reach Rishikesh on their own. The yatra bus will leave from Rishikesh bus terminus at 8.30 am on May 16. Those participating in the Essence oof Dharma Retreat and Himalayan Yatra will stay back in Uttarkashi and commence the yatra from Uttarkashi. .Dehradun is the nearest airport to reach Rishikesh by Air. Alternatively, you can take a train or bus to Rishikesh from Delhi.
Age group: 18-55. School students must be accompanied by parents.
Health: It may be difficult to accommodate individuals with heart problems, epilepsy, severe blood pressure, neuro and cardiac issues.
